Mommypreneurph offers both digital and physical products. Digital products are delivered through download links, email, or third-party platforms, while physical products are processed and shipped to the address provided during checkout. For the purpose of these Terms, “Digital Products” refer to all content made available to you, including but not limited to downloads, templates, files, text, images, graphics, designs, videos, and other materials provided through our shop or platforms.

Shipping

Digital products are not physically shipped. Once purchased, they are delivered electronically via email, download link, or third-party platform.

Physical products, on the other hand, are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct. Mommypreneurph will not be held liable for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by incorrect information or third-party shipping providers.

Payments

All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers such as GCash, GoTyme, Maya, or similar platforms.

For digital products, full payment is required before access or delivery is provided.

For physical products, we require either full payment upfront or a minimum of 50% down payment to confirm your order. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be settled before production completion or shipment.

Down payments are non-refundable, as they cover materials, time, and preparation costs. Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

No contract will exist between you and Mommypreneurph until your order has been accepted through confirmation via email, message, or other appropriate communication.

You are responsible for any third-party fees that may be incurred when using payment platforms. Prices and billing methods may change at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with our products, but due to the nature of our offerings, certain conditions apply.

All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, you are not entitled to refunds, returns, or exchanges. Failure to use a purchased product does not qualify for a refund.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

For physical products, refunds or replacements may only be considered if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was received. Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and may require proof such as photos.

Orders that have already entered production or customization may no longer be canceled.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any rights to cancellation, refund, or withdrawal once a digital product has been delivered.
